Purpose

The purpose of this Intellectual Property (IP) Policy is to establish guidelines and procedures for the protection, ownership, and use of intellectual property created or acquired by CREATEOMOTO LLC. This policy aims to ensure that intellectual property rights are respected, preserved, and appropriately managed to encourage innovation, foster creativity, and safeguard the interests of CREATEOMOTO LLC and its stakeholders.


Scope

This IP policy applies to all employees, contractors, consultants, interns, and other individuals engaged in activities related to CREATEOMOTO LLC. It encompasses all forms of intellectual property, including but not limited to patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and any other form of proprietary information.


Ownership of Intellectual Property

Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Patents: CREATEOMOTO LLC encourages employees to disclose any inventions or innovations that may be patentable. The company will evaluate and, if deemed appropriate, seek patent protection for inventions created within the scope of employment.

5.3 Trademarks: CREATEOMOTO LLC will maintain control over its trademarks and trade names. Unauthorized use of the company's trademarks is strictly prohibited.
