What is Createomoto Shipping Policy?
Sellers must ship items within the handling time stated in their listing.
Sellers Must:
Specify clearly when the item or items will be shipped.
All items must be shipped on time as specified on your listings.
Include shipping charges that are actually incurred and are related to the cost of shipping and handling the items being delivered
Actual cost must be paid to shipping Service.
Handling costs must include the cost of packaging materials and insurance.
Upload accurate tracking details. Tracking numbers uploaded must match shipping locations in listings.
Mark the item "shipped" once it has been shipped
Sellers will not:
Include any additional fees for handling as well as packaging if free shipping is offered.
Delay shipments once notification is received that a payout has been initiated.
Please note that orders with a cost of $500 or more require a signature confirmation in order to be protected if the buyer reports they didn't receive the item.
All Sellers on Createomoto Marketplace is required to:
Follow all applicable Laws/Rules.
Respect third parties and all of their Rights!
Must adhere to Createomoto Marketplace User Agreement.
Follow Createomoto Policy
If activity doesn't meet these requirements, Createomoto may take action consistent with applicable laws within our User Agreement. Such actions may include administratively termination of store or canceling transactions, lowering seller rating, restricting buying or selling, forfeiture of fees, loss of buyer or seller protections, restricting access to member communication and rating tools, removing feedback, and account suspension.
