Q1: What are "Credits" and how are they used?
Credits are the unit of consumption for AI tasks. Generating text costs 1 credit, an image may cost 5 credits, and a video may cost 20 credits. An AI agent interaction typically costs 1-2 credits. Your monthly plan includes a credit allowance.
Q2: Where can I see my credit usage and billing history?
Go to Account Settings > Billing & Usage. Here you'll see your current balance, usage history, past invoices, and next billing date.
Q3: What happens if I run out of credits?
Your AI generations and active agents will pause. You will be prompted to either upgrade your plan or purchase a one-time credit top-up. You can still access your account and dashboard.
Q4: Do unused credits roll over to the next month?
No, credits are reset on your monthly billing date. They do not roll over. We recommend using them within the billing period.
Q5: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex) via Stripe. For Enterprise annual contracts, we also accept ACH/wire transfers.
